Robotic Lab Tour

We offer both in-person and live interactive virtual tours of our robotic technology in our Orlando facility. While we would love for you to visit our headquarters and lab in person, sometimes travel plans don’t line up. Our interactive virtual tours use a variety of stationary and roaming cameras throughout our Orlando facility, to help demonstrate the capability of five tSort™ systems with various configurations, robots and functionalities. Our main demonstration system includes four different induction types: manual, robotic, conveyor, and A-frame. The tour allows live Q & A while we observe and demonstrate systems using mobile and fixed live action cameras. Throughout the lab tour you will see that our systems are capable of e-commerce order fulfillment, store replenishment, micro fulfillment backroom, pharmaceutical, and parcel/postal sortation. We also demonstrate how our tSort™ system can be designed with multiple level configurations and an elevator system to move robots between levels. Our larger tSort™ Plus robots run on single level systems with both tilt tray and crossbelt options.

We are also demonstrating new technologies that complement tSort™, including our tSort3D™, our xChange™ systems moving totes and bags,tSortLift for manual and automated induction, and our pick assist product line PickPal™ . We utilize a wide variety of inventory to demonstrate the range of products the tSort™ system can sort including general merchandise, apparel, grocery, fragile goods, odd sizes and shapes and a wide range of product weights. You will also have a chance to learn about the technologies that are integrated into our system such as automated induction, automated charging, integrated weight and dimension capture, our proprietary wireless network, and our Warehouse Execution System (WES). Also, to showcase the mobility and flexibility of our tSort™ systems, we demonstrate how easy it is to reconfigure a system, expand a system, and move an installed system to another site.
